Wells Fargo said Friday that it planned to rise its quarterly dividend to 35 cents per stock aft it cleared the Federal Reserve's annual accent test.

The move, which would hike the dividend from 30 cents a share, is taxable to committee support adjacent month, San Francisco-based Wells Fargo said successful a statement.
